Matthew 14:23: "And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up on a mountain by Himself to pray. And when evening had come, He was alone there."
Alone 'to pray' are the sweetest words in every language for every Believer in this world. For a Believer 'to pray' is to simply have a 'heart-to-heart' with Jesus. He is the One Who knows us, Who understands and loves us completely. He died for us. For the body of Believers (The church) to pray together, always honours and glorifies God, Our Father. Corporate prayer is powerful and presents a united front against the enemy.
Someone once said "that when men work, they work... But when men pray, God works".

Jesus said to His disciples Watch and Pray.
