Please Pray
Outside the little town of Bethlehem there were shepherds awake and keeping watch over their flock by night. The townsfolk were asleep and the news of the birth of a Saviour, Who is Christ the Lord, was told to them first. Luke 2:11.
At nightfall, outside the city of Jerusalem, in the Garden of Gethsemane, the disciples struggled to stay awake to watch and pray. It was the dark night of betrayal for Satan had entered into Judas (Luke 22:3) and there was raging war in the heavenlies.
He was crucified, dead and buried on the third day He rose again from the dead and He ascended into heaven and is seated on the right hand of the Father. He has overcome the enemy forever Revelation 1:18.
This war was fought for the life and souls of men, it still rages on as we look to the return of Jesus, our soon coming King. Watch therefore for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming (Matt 24:42).
This week we need to be armed, awake and watchful over the preparations concerning It's Time, to know God's heart and to see where His Spirit is moving. God has plans and purposes for this meeting which are from eternity, but His heart remains the same - desiring that all would come to the knowledge of the saving grace of God. There are multitudes in the valley of decision who need Jesus.
Please pray that as believers, we would have Father's heart for the lost - for the thousands of unsaved men and women who still need to hear the Truth: That unless one is born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God (John 3:3).
Please pray this week for the organisers of It's Time: For their families, homes, farms & businesses. For their protection and well-being, also for the intercessors, all who pray, workers, givers of time and finance and willing hearts. May they all become more and more aware that this is a God Event and to be part of is a great privilege.
These are the days of the Spirit of Elijah, the days of calling back of a nation to God. May we be found faithful as we love and serve Him at this time.
