I really believe with all my heart the greatest opportunities that we have ever had are about to be given to us at this time, but we need to step out by faith, and we need to obey what God has said.

He was sitting at the back. He had had too much to drink and he started to challenge me all the time.
Every time I said something, he would say, “Can you prove that preacher? Where does it say that in the Bible?”
But you know…

And she made those rusks, not because she had to but she made them because she loves me, and I want to tell you that Jesus loves you so much that He died for you and he chose you.

That is what people need.
There are so many people who are lonely, fearful, tired, lost - just tell them that Jesus Christ loves them so much that He died for them.

Now, listen to this: It was written in 1917 - one hundred years ago, and it is still probably the most popular devotional in the world today.
But you know something? It wasn’t actually written by Oswald Chambers.

He took the lashes on His back and was crucified.
Let us today remember that He is not only our Mediator, but He paid a severe price so that we could be reconciled with our Heavenly Father.
Let us go out today and sin no more because our sins are forgiven.

Or has He not spoken and will He not make it good?” The Book of Numbers, Chapter 23 and verse 19.
Our anchor is Jesus Christ alone and He will see us through.
You know, I looked up in the dictionary to get the definition of the word, “Hope”, and this is what it is: a person or a thing that gives cause for hope.
Well, our Person is Jesus Christ.
Read MoreOne of my favourite scriptures in the Bible is found in the Book of Romans, Chapter 8, and verse 11. I am going to read it today out of the King James Version:
“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you”.
Jesus is not dead. He is alive. The tomb is empty.
I have been to Israel many, many times and I have been to that tomb and I want to tell you, there is nothing in that tomb. It is empty. Why? Because the Lord is not there.
He is alive and He has been raised from the dead by the Lord.
Now, if we go to the tomb, the shrine of King David, which even today is revered in Israel, as the greatest king, it is full of dead man’s bones. His remains are in the coffin. It is a lovely place to go to. Everybody is allowed to go there, Muslim, Christian, and Jew.
But I want to tell you – he has not been raised from the dead, but Jesus, your saviour, my Lord, is no longer in the grave. He is alive.
Now, if The Holy Spirit has raised Jesus from the dead, that same Holy Spirit will quicken your mortal body.
What does that mean? Well, the dictionary says that “quicken” means to restore life.
He will restore your life today.
“Christ in you, the hope of glory”. Colossians chapter 1 verse 27.
No matter what is happening in the world, remember, the Holy Spirit lives within you. He will heal you. He will strengthen you. He will uplift you. He will take away that depression, that anxiety, and that fear because Jesus is living in you and today you need to grasp that and then you can go out and you can face the world.
It does not matter about the Coronavirus or any other virus.
If Christ is in you, you have the victory.

Read MoreAre you feeling forgotten this morning?
Do you feel that maybe the Lord has forgotten the promises that He has made you?
Oh! My dear friend. Please put them aside.
He will never forget you. He loves you so much.
The Lord says in Isaiah chapter 49 and verse 15:
“Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb?
Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.”
and verse 16 says,
“See I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands.”
That’s right, Jesus was crucified for you and me.
He will never ever forget you.
Psalm37:4 says:
” Delight yourselves in the Lord,
And He shall give you the desires of your heart.”
Now you’re not going to believe what I’m going to tell you but last night I received a letter from England.
The letter is from a lady who is the wife of a minister of a church I attended 56 years ago.
Can you believe that?
I was a mere lad of 17 years old and this lovely lady reminded me that I headed up their youth church in 1964.
It’s been a long journey but I want to tell you that the Lord has not forgotten me.
You Know, when I was 17 years old, I wasn’t much of a success at school.
I was underweight. I was full of pimples. I had no self-confidence.
I used to go out on an afternoon after I got back from school with my dog and I would sit on an anthill, and I would speak to God and I would say to the Lord Jesus,” Lord, I want to be a preacher one day.
I want to preach to thousands of people.”
I used to stand up on that anthill and I would visualize preaching to large crowds of thousands of people.
And you know, I went to see my minister and I told him I want to be a preacher and he said,” Well you’ve got to go to university and you’ve got to study.”
Well, I didn’t have a university entrance qualification and I must confess I drifted off into the far country. I traveled all over the world.
I was a cowboy in Australia.
I was a farmer in Scotland. I went to Zambia and Swaziland but you know He has never forgotten me and He will never forget you because as you probably know, He has given me more than the desires of my heart.
The Lord says in Hebrews chapter 13 verse 5, “I will never leave you and I will never forsake you.”
The Passion translation says,” I will never leave you alone. Never. I will not loosen my grip on your life.”
God bless you today and remember He will never forget you and you will never be alone.
