Read MoreI think the biggest challenge we have, not just in South Africa, but right around the world, is a fatherless generation.
We need to respect and look up to our fathers…
We need to continue in the doctrine.
We need to be steadfast in the Word of God and we need to pray and we need to pace ourselves.
You know, there is an old saying, “The farmer makes a plan.”
Well, I want to tell you, not one of my plans has ever worked.
The only plans that have ever worked…
The Word of God is our plumb-line.
It stops us from arguing at home.
We go back to the Word.
We say, what does the Bible say? And then it is straight forward.
You and I need to use the Bible as our plumb-line.
It alleviates any arguments in the home between mom and dad and the children, between husband and wife - what does the Word say?
When God warns us not to walk in sin and we pre-meditatively continue to do the thing that he has told us not to do, the consequences are very drastic and of no return.
Today, as we sit quietly with the lockdown still enforced, it is a good time to think about areas in our lives that we need to repent of, we need to change while God has given us the time, lest the time runs out and there is no coming back.
Just a couple of months ago, I took Jill, my wife, down to Pietermaritzburg and she was doing some shopping. I really don’t like shopping at all but I was sitting in the car reading, and she came out with a basket full of groceries and I…

We really need to obey the law, not for the law’s sake, but for God’s sake and eventually and ultimately for our own sake.

So remember, Numbers 14:8-, the land flows with milk and honey. I can see it in the spirit and I have never been so excited before about what the future holds.
What about you today?

We really need to be careful about how we are looking at the situation because you know the other thing is too, how you feel is how other people see you.
The giants will always be there but most of those giants are just figments of our imagination.
Call upon Him and He will answer you.
He is a friend and He is a Helper.
The Holy Spirit is so special to me.
The older I am getting the sweeter He becomes to me.
“The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Today, let us walk righteously.
Let us pray for our enemies and God will take care of the rest.
I want to say to you my dear friend, you don’t have to promote yourself.
Luke Chapter 14 and verse 11:
“For whoever exalts himself, will be humbled and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”
I want to say to you today, there is nothing which is too hard for God.

Why? Because when it succeeds people will say, “You could never have done that,” and God gets all the glory.
God will not disappoint you.
God will not allow you to go hungry and your family to starve because He is a good God and He is for you and He is not against you.
What does He require from you and me? One simple word, “faith” to believe that our Lord is more than able to supply all of our needs and more than what we need so that we can give to others so that they can glorify Him.
I remember the story of the little boy who was always complaining to his mother because he had no shoes to wear until one day he was walking down the street and he saw a little boy who had no feet and he stopped complaining.
